My start on the love for Real Estate came when I was 22 and purchased my very own first home. I then purchased an investment home — flipped it for a very nice return — and by the time I was 25, I had purchased my third house. At this time I fell in love with Real Estate.

Licensed in 2007, I learned in a very difficult time. The Distressed Market is difficult but offers great opportunity as well. I learned a tremendous amount during this fragile time. Now specializing in a variety of distressed sales, REO, short sales, reversed mortgage short sale, trust, estate, off market sales and probate. REO sales for multiple asset firms. Acquiring properties for real estate investors advising on acquisitions, ARV and ROI.
